Photos Shocking 13-Year-Old Girl Whose Madam Locked lndoors And Traveled Out Of Nigeria, Rescued By Lagos State Commissioner Of Police

13-year-old Nkechi Oseh, who was locked indoors by her Madam, Ms Betty Ifeoma, a staff of NNPC Lagos state office at their residence at No. 30 Adeniran Ajao Estate Anthony, Lagos while traveling out of the country and left with only two (2) packets of cabin biscuit, has been rescued by the Lagos State Commissioner of Police Ag CP Imohimi Edgal.

Nkechi, an orphan who domestic attack turned scars were spotted on her body, said whenever her boss travels and locks her in, she resorts to drinking water from the toilet whenever she is thirsty. According to her, she has been locked up at four different times since her uncle brought her from Igboju in Delta state.

Pale and malnourished Nkechi said;

“I have been locked up for two weeks, one-week, three-weeks when she traveled to London and since she traveled on Saturday I have been crying before God helped me today”

Nkechi who is currently under the care of the child protection unit of the Ministry of Youth and Social Development Lagos State, empty packet of biscuits and a container of eaten food which was passed through the burglary proof for Nkechi to eat was discovered on the floor.

The Commissioner of Police, Imohimi Edgal, has vowed to get to the bottom of the matter.

Immorality, An okada man in the habit of raising false alarm of his missing manhood in order to get free s**  whenever he carries young ladies in Festac Area of Lagos State has been arrested by the officials of Rapid Response Squad of the Lagos Police Command.

The rider, whose name was given as Okechukwu Desmond, allegedly picked a young lady whose name was not disclosed at Apple Junction, Festac, around 9:00 p.m. yesterday.

Midway into the journey, Okechukwu raised alarm that his passenger lady has taken his manhood.

It took the speedy intervention of the Rapid Response Squad to save the lady from an angry mob who had converged at the scene from lyching the young lady for using charm to take the manhood of the okada rider.

The RRS team thereafter transferred the case to the nearest police station in Festac, where it was discovered that the supposed victim had recently reported a similar case of a missing manhood at the station.

On further interrogation, the okada rider confessed to the police about his habit of getting cheap s** from unsuspecting ladies that patronise him by raising false alarm that they have stolen his manhood.

Sources recalled that Okechukwu had once reported in the same station similar incident where he demanded he be put up with a commercial s** worker to test whether his manhood was still functioning.

After his confession, Okechukwu disclosed that nothing was wrong with his manhood and that all he wanted was free s**.

Efforts to get him to disclosed how many ladies he has done it for proved abortive as investigator disclosed the case was still under investigation.

While the lady was allowed to go after offering statement to the police, the rider was taken into custody at Base 44, Festac Police Station for further investigation into the case.

It could not be ascertained if he would be charged to court.

A new Director General of the Commission has also been appointed by the governor. He is Babatunde Bank-Anthony.

Mr. Anthony was the former Executive Secretary, Lagos State Sports Endowment Funds.

It is also understood that some other changes have been approved by Mr. Ambode in the board of Lagos State Sports Commission. ‎Details of such have not been made public.
